WIX Filters, a global manufacturer of filtration products, has announced the promotion of Mike Lerch as their new Brand Manager.
As Brand Manager, Lerch will be responsible for the strategic planning, development and implementation of the marketing communications and promotional program for the WIX Filters brand. Lerch is replacing Jennifer Gibson who has accepted a new role as Key Account Manager for O’Reilly Auto Parts.
“I am proud to move into this new role and continue representing a name like WIX Filters,” said Lerch. “I look forward to not only tackling new challenges and continuing to build upon a legacy of trust that WIX has come to representbut also striving for innovative and new ways to share our brand.”
Lerch will lead activities relating to brand position, advertising, brand sponsorships, mobile marketing and hospitality assets aimed at delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and profitable sales growth. Lerch is transitioning from a WIX District Sales Manager, a role he has held since 2015. There he oversaw the West Virginia territory, representing the WIX brand throughout the region. He also served as a National District Sales Trainer for the WIX team, responsible for onboarding and training new district sales managers. During his career, he has served as District Sales and Service Manager for AC Delco/Raytheon and Commercial Account Manager for Advance Auto.
