Uni-Select has announced the successful completion of the acquisition of All Parts Automotive Limited, an independent store operating as General Auto Parts in Ontario and Miron Auto Dépôt, an existing Uni‑Select member in Québec.

These announced acquisitions are only the most recent; with Uni-Select acquiring nearly 30 outlets in recent months.

In B.C. Uni-Select concluded the acquisition of Alder Auto Parts, with three locations–in Aldergrove, Port Kells, and Cloverdale–and a team of 34 employees. Uni-Select also acquired Gilbert Auto Parts operating in Merritt, Kamloops, Salmon Arm, Armstrong, Vernon, Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Penticton, B.C. earlier in 2024.

In October 2023, Uni-Select acquired Auto Parts Central and Central Canada Industries with 14 locations across Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan and a workforce of 170 employees.

General Auto Parts, a mainstay in the Greater Toronto Area community since 1959, is a leading wholesaler and full-line distributor of automotive aftermarket parts to retail, wholesale and corporate customers.

It operates a 32,000 square foot store in Toronto and employs a team of 27 professionals who are central to its operations.
