In a move designed to allow exhibitors to continue their commitment to the November automotive performance, tire, and accessories trade show, SEMA Show organizers have announced some changes.
The event, which attracts tens of thousands of automotive aftermarket professionals to Las Vegas each November, is held concurrent with the AAPEX Show for replacement parts as part of Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week. This year’s event is scheduled for November 3-6, 2020.
“With the Show just less than eight months away, we are putting plans in place to host a successful event in November with some changes that help lower the level of uncertainty for our exhibitors and attendees,” say event organizers.
“While all current exhibitor milestone dates for applications, deposits and space allocation remain intact, policy changes have been made to ease concerns and allow exhibitors to invest in the Show with confidence by extending the deadline in which exhibitors can receive a full refund to September 1, 2020.”
Booth space selection will continue as scheduled. The deadline for submitting an application is March 27 to be included in the Priority Booth Selection Process.
The organizers say they are continuing to monitor developments and provide updates as necessary.
