NTN Canada appoints Jeff Lee Director of Sales, Automotive and Heavy Duty Aftermarket

Jeff Lee has joined the NTN team as its Director of Sales for the Canadian Automotive and Heavy-Duty Aftermarket effective October 28, 2024.

A respected aftermarket sales professional with over 20 years of sales and account management experience, Lee will be responsible for NTN’s Automotive and Heavy-Duty Truck aftermarket sales channels and customers.

Jeff has a long and rich experience in the aftermarket, which will allow him to effectively service and support revenue growth with NTN’s aftermarket customer base.

Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and sales expertise in the automotive parts industry, as well as the heavy-duty truck segment. Jeff has held various sales leadership positions, including national, regional and territory sales management, B2B sales, and private labelling.  

His expert knowledge and proven sales success in the aftermarket vehicle markets will go a long way in helping NTN to rebuild its aftermarket sales team and substantially grow and expand its business.

Jeff earned his Bachelor degree of commerce with honours from Windsor University. 

Rita Payne will step into the role of Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications, after having served as Director of Sales for the Automotive and Heavy-Duty Aftermarkets.

Rita will apply her analytical approach and experience in aftermarket sales to bolster and bring to fruition NTN’s strategic marketing plans.

With a solid track record in campaign management and strategic partnerships, she will now focus on broadening NTN’s aftermarket commercial initiatives and enhancing NTN’s brand identity in the market.

With more than two decades of experience leading strategic marketing, Rita’s expertise will be instrumental in enhancing NTN’s position as the premier choice for bearing solutions in the aftermarket.
