Pascal Daudelin has taken on the new role of Regional Sales Manager, National Accounts Eastern Canada for aftermarket distributor Uni-Select Inc.

Daudelin is a 20 year veteran of the automotive industry with key roles dating back to 2004 when he was Territory Sales Manager – aftermarket for the Shell Oil Company.

He has held a number of sales leadership roles with organizations including Shell Oil Company, The Marmon Group, Castrol – Wakefield Canada Inc , and UAP Inc., before joining Uni-Select in May 2024.

Additionally, Daudelin serves on a number of industry organizations.

He is currently listed as a Board Member and finance committee at the Atlantic – Used Oil Management Association (UOMA), a similar role at SOGHU – Société de gestion des huiles usagées in Quebec, and served on the Outlook Study Committee at the Automotive Industries Association of Canada in 2020.

The Société de gestion des huiles usagées (SOGHU) is a private non-profit organization recognized by RECYC-QUÉBEC as an organization authorized to manage an integrated recovery and reclamation program.

The Atlantic Used Oil Management Association (UOMA-Atlantic) is a private non-profit organization recognized to manage an integrated program of recovery and processing of car maintenance products in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia.

AIA Canada represents, supports and leads innovation in Canada’s $37.8 billion auto care sector. 

Daudelin recieved his BA in Business Administration from the University of Quebec and an MBA Université de Sherbrooke.
