Genuine Parts Company, a leading global distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts, plans to release second quarter financial results on July 23, 2024.
It will be the first financial reports release since William P. Stengel, became CEO on June 3. Former CEO Paul D. Donahue transitioned from chairman and CEO to executive chairman.
Stengel was previously COO and has previously taken an important role in many presentations for Genuine Parts Company in that capacity.
Stengel joined the company in 2019 as executive vice president and chief transformation officer with nearly two decades of significant leadership and professional experience. In 2021, he was promoted to serve as only the eighth president in the company’s history. His role expanded to president and chief operating officer in 2023.
First quarter GPC results were a mixed bag, but still reported profit growth that was ahead of expectations.
Second quarter financial results will be released on July 23, 2024.
Following the release, management will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET.
The public may access the webcast and supplemental earnings materials on the company’s investor relations website.
The call is also available by dialing 1-800-836-8184. A replay of the call will be available on the company’s website or toll-free at 1-888-660-6345, ID 93997#, two hours after completion of the conference call.
