Excel Sales Consulting and ASK LISTEN RETAIN have announced a partnership that formalizes a cooperative relationship that has already been in place for some time.  

Now both companies’ products and services, are all in one place.

Norm Rose’s Excel Sales Consulting, based in Calgary, Alta., specializes in providing detailed training for all levels in the automotive aftermarket but in particular at the jobber store level with specific programs for those in management, sales and delivery.

Norm has long worked with Peter Kmyta’s ASK LISTEN RETAIN, based in Chilliwack, B.C. on customer service and sales measurement programs for its aftermarket training customers.
