Elgin Industries has completed a multi-year development project resulting a powerful and user-friendly aftermarket electronic catalogues.

The next-generation, mobile-optimized Elgin eCatalogue, available at https://catalog.elginind.com and http://www.elginind.com, features the company’s complete range of more than 25,000 SKUs covering virtually any popular gasoline or diesel engine and thousands of import and domestic vehicle models.

The eCatalogue also includes the full offering of Elgin PRO-STOCK performance engine and chassis components, with coverage ranging from ultra-high-output racing applications to street-performance, marine, RV and other uses.

“We set out to establish a new benchmark for catalogue usability to ensure our customers – whether they’re at a parts business, in a machine shop, a repair bay or at home – can quickly and easily find the parts they need to complete the job,” said Elgin President Bill Skok.

The new Elgin eCat features four key components:

Application Lookup covering more than 17,000 Elgin and Elgin PRO-STOCK engine part/setSKUs for automotive, heavy-duty and performance gasoline and diesel engines. Technical information and a high-resolution image of each part are available with a single click.

Application Lookup covering more than 8,000 Elgin or Elgin PRO-STOCK chassis part/setSKUs for automotive, heavy-duty and performance vehicles. Technical information and a high-res image are available for each part.

Technical Lookup allowing users to identify any Elgin or Elgin PRO-STOCK part by desired technical specifications. For example, when looking for a camshaft, the user can input the following specs: stock or performance; RPM range; overlap; exhaust and intake durations; exhaust and intake lobe lifts; and exhaust and intake valve lifts. This unique feature covers approximately 90 distinct engine part types and 30 chassis part types.

Part Number Lookup enabling users to quickly access the complete engine or vehicle application listing, technical specifications and high-res image for any Elgin or Elgin PRO-STOCK SKU.

Elgin aftermarket catalogue specialists also built the new eCatalogue with unique web URLs for each page so users can easily share information and bookmark key pages for future reference.
