Automotive Parts Associates (APA) has announced the appointment of Michael MacPherson to its board of directors.

He will represent Bestbuy Distributors Limited on the board effective immediately.

As a director, MacPherson will partner with a crucial team dedicated to steering significant decisions for the association.

Currently, he holds the position of vice chair on Bestbuy Distributors’ board of directors. He is the president of Bestbuy shareholder Down East Auto Parts, a parts and supplies provider with two locatoins in Prince Edward Island and one in New Brunswick.

The collective aim of the APA board of directors is to elevate the satisfaction of APA shareholders and TruStar members by offering top-tier products at competitive rates.

Steve Tucker, President of APA, expressed his enthusiasm for MacPherson’s appointment, stating, “We are glad to have Michael join the board. We are excited to collaborate with him and benefit from his contributions to the association.”
