Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America that serves both professional installers and do-it-yourself customers, will report financial results for its third quarter ended October 5, 2024, before the market opens on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

The company has scheduled a conference call and webcast to begin at 8:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Industry watchers will be looking for news on the progress of Advance’s sale of the Worldpac business. At the second quarter call, the company announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Worldpac, Inc., an automotive parts wholesale distribution business, to funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle for $1.5 billion USD in cash.

It was announced at the time tha the transaction was expected to close before the end of the year.

Advance also announced at that time that it intended to retain it’s Canadian operations, best known as Carquest Canada. It had previously floated the possible sale of the business.
