The Automotive Parts Associates distribution organization reports a successful Annual General Meeting, it’s first in-person AGM since 2019, recognizing top suppliers and new shareholders.
“After more than a year of planning, hundreds showed up, packing the Intercontinental Hotel Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia, for three days.
“From receptions and dinners, product updates and one-on-one meetings, electing a new chairman, and announcing the TruStar acquisition, this year’s AGM had everything,” reports the group.
It took the opportunity of the AGM to recognize supplier partners:

“Furthermore, it only helps to have an astute board of directors lending their leadership and business acumen, and they are: Randall Swedlove (Chairman), Jim Holmquist (Vice Chair), Merle Bever (Treasurer/Secretary), Doug Squires, Brian Cantagallo, Edward Harake, Suzanne Koudsi Walker, Shane Sleek, and Harris Steinberg.
