Vast-Auto Distribution, a subsidiary of Groupe Del Vasto, has signed an agreement with L’entrepôt pièces d’autos to form a joint venture partnership on the North Shore of Montreal.

The deal is expected to close on May 1, 2019.

Upon completion of the transaction, four store locations, including L’entrepôt pièces d’autos SainteThérèse, Auto Value Sainte-Thérèse, Auto Value Blainville and Auto Value Prévost will operate as a combined business unit under the Auto Value brand.

This new entity will be well positioned to better serve customers in the region.

Marc Lafleur and Yves Raymond, current co-owners of L’entrepôt pièces d’autos, will operate the new company as General Manager and Operations Manager respectively.

The new business will have a very strong emphasis on customer service and finding new ways to grow market share.
