PHINIA Inc. a leader in premium fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket parts, announced that it has appointed Russell Stebbins as General Manager of the North American aftermarket business.
In his newly appointed role, Stebbins will lead the North American aftermarket team and develop sales to independent aftermarket and original equipment supplier (OES) customers, executing PHINIA’s vision and value proposition to customers across the region.
Stebbins, joins PHINIA with over 30 years of experience in the global automotive industry.
His career includes stints at renowned tier-1 suppliers such as TRW, Lumileds (Phillips), Akebono, and, most recently, Sensata Technologies.
At Sensata, he served as the general manager of the global auto aftermarket business and senior director for the global aftermarket business unit, showcasing his deep understanding of the industry.
