The first Parts City Auto Parts branding, launched by Vast-Auto Distribution following its acquisition by O’Reilly Automotive, has hit the streets.
L’entrepôt pièces d’autos–based in Sainte-Therese, Que., with a second location in Prevost–touted the introduction of its first group of rebranded cars.
Marc Lafleur, Co-owner and President of L’entrepôt pièces d’autos reported in a social post that it was only the first of what is to be some 50 Parts City Auto Parts branded delivery vehicles in the coming days.
Parts City Auto Parts is the store branding for independent affiliated from O’Reilly.
According to information from O’Reilly, the Parts City Auto Parts program uses the “tools and resources that helped O’Reilly become a dominant player in the automotive aftermarket and adapted them” for independent stores.
The store branding was first revealed to the Canadian market at the Vast–Auto convention in February 2024.
More than 650 attendees from parts stores, repair shops, suppliers and Vast Auto Distribution team members were on hand for presentations including the introduction of the Parts City Auto Parts store identity and Certified Auto Repair banner program for shops that O’Reilly brings to the Canadian market.
The Parts City Parts Store network has more than 6 000 locations across Canada, the United States, Porto Rico and Mexico.
